Delivery method: UPS

Methods of shipping:

 - Standard Ground: Free (Hawaii and Alaska $20)

 - 2nd day: $30 (Hawaii and Alaska $45)

 - Next business day: $45 (Hawaii and Alaska $65)

 

Approximate delivery times:

 - Standard Ground: Delivery occurs 3 to 5 business days after processing

 - 2nd Day: Delivery is guaranteed 2 business days after processing

 - Next Business Day: Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing

 

At this time pas de calais orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship orders to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. Upon receipt of returned goods, pas de calais reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Once your return package has been received by pas de calais, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Be sure to ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Pas de calais does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. Please notify pas de calais of any return. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
