Etoile means "stardust" in French. “Kagozome” Basket dye is a dyeing method where the product is placed in a container and dyed, resulting in an uneven dyeing due to the overlapping and curling of the fabric. It is said that in the old days, dyeing was done in actual baskets. By dyeing in baskets, the result is a blur dye with exquisite gradation.
